The compact crossover sport utility vehicle, Honda Element is produced by Honda motor company and it is designed on the platform CR-V. It was also the first introduced in the model year 2003. All the models are produced in Ohio, United States.
First Generation (2003-Present)
The five-door sport utility vehicle is offered in either four wheel drive or in front wheel drive. The only engine available to this model is a 2.4 liter I-4 version that comes mated to standard 5-speed manual transmission, while it offers 4-speed automatic and 5-speed automatic transmissions as optional.
As far as the exterior dimensions of the Element model are concerned, it has the wheel base of 101.4 inches, length of 170.2 inches, width of 170.2 inches and height of 70.4 inches. The current generation Honda Element model is related to Acura RSX, Honda CR-V and Honda Civic SUVs.
Also, the vehicle is offered in various colors- eternal blue pearl, Shoreline Mist metallic, Galapagos green metallic, sunset orange pearl and satin silver metallic. Apart from various exterior colors, it also offer various interior design styles.
The standard amenities in the Element model include DVD entertainment system, satellite radio, dual zone auto climate control air conditioning, leather seats, power doors and locks, power steering wheel, alloy wheels and audio system.
